Robert fileccia indicted for fraud and corruption 2002?

Attorney Robert fileccia was indicted on fraud , grand larceny and corruption charges in march of 2002 as per the Staten Island advance. Does anyone know if he was convicted? Did he go to prison?  I heard he was later indicted again for tax evasion. Anyone know the out come?
